Shamar Organics – Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) delineates the terms and conditions governing the shipment and delivery of goods procured from Shamar Organics LLC a Texas Limited Liability Company (collectively referred to as “the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). The act of partaking in commercial transactions on our Platform constitutes an irrevocable acceptance of the stipulations set forth herein by the purchaser (hereafter referred to as the “Customer”).

2. Geographic Scope of Service

The Company extends its shipping services primarily to encompass all fifty (50) federated states within the territorial jurisdiction of the United States of America. At present, international consignments, including those to Canada, are not facilitated, unless explicitly mentioned for specific vendors or products

3. Monetary Consideration for Shipping Services

The pecuniary liability for shipping is contingent upon factors including, but not limited to, the volumetric dimensions, gravitational weight, and the ultimate destination of the package. All incumbent shipping fees will be explicitly itemized during the culminating phase of the transaction, namely the checkout process. Promotional reductions in shipping rates, when promulgated, shall be disseminated via our Platform.

4. Timeframe for Dispatch

Subsequent to the initiation of a transaction, goods are customarily consigned for dispatch within a temporal window of one (1) to three (3) business days. Notwithstanding the aforesaid, during periods of voluminous transactional activity, minor delays may be encountered. The Company undertakes to apprise Customers of any such foreseeable impediments in a timely fashion.

5. Estimated Delivery Durations

  • Standard Conveyance: Parcels relegated to standard shipping mechanisms are anticipated to reach their stipulated destinations within a period of five (5) to seven (7) business days subsequent to dispatch.
  • Accelerated Conveyance: The Company proffers enhanced shipping options which, upon election by the Customer, ensures the delivery of goods within a period of two (2) to three (3) business days subsequent to dispatch.

6. Shipping Intermediaries

To ensure the efficacious delivery of consignments, the Company engages the services of an amalgamation of renowned shipping intermediaries, inclusive of, but not limited to, entities such as the United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express Corporation (FedEx), and the United States Postal Service (USPS). The determination of the intermediary is predicated upon parameters including the nature of the item, its physical characteristics, and delivery locale.

7. Tracking of Consignments

Post the dispatch of an order, an electronic correspondence will be relayed to the Customer, encapsulating a unique consignment tracking number and an ancillary hyperlink to monitor the consignment’s trajectory. In the event of non-receipt of such correspondence or if impediments arise during consignment tracking, the Customer is entreated to establish contact with our dedicated customer liaison division.

8. Redressal Mechanism for Compromised or Misplaced Consignments

The Company acts solely as a platform, and responsibility for any misplaced or compromised consignments falls upon the respective vendor or shipping company. Customers are advised to promptly notify the respective vendor or shipping company in such events. The Company will endeavor to facilitate and coordinate the resolution process but does not bear direct responsibility for the consignment.

9. Shipping Embargoes

Certain merchandise may be subject to conveyance restrictions emanating from their intrinsic attributes or due to extant regulatory edicts. Such merchandise will be conspicuously demarcated on the pertinent product descriptor page.

10. Policy Modulation Clause

The Company reserves the inalienable right, exercisable at its sole discretion, to introduce modifications, augmentations, or revisions to this Shipping Policy. In circumstances wherein substantive modulations are effected, the Customer populace will be duly enlightened via overt notifications disseminated on our Platform or through other pertinent communicative channels.
